Hotell nära Jingyugou natursköna resort

“Upon check in the front staff refused to provide breakfast despite being stated on the confirmation. When pointing to the facts we were indirectly accused for lying. I have seldom been so insulted by a professional establishment and has to spend half an hour with the support team at an enormous roaming cost before the hotel agreed to honour the booking. No one from hotel management bothered to provide an apology and it was only upon check out they presented a piece of chocolate for the...

“Everything ok. Not inside restaurant available”

“Great stay”

“Loved this hotel, hundred percent would come back friendly staff great breakfast. So many good fines nearby loved the room and the. Ambience.”

“OMG, this was the best hotel of my entire trip! The location is excellent, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. But the shared spaces and rooms are on another level. It feels like staying in a traditional teahouse, with tea rooms to explore and a beautiful inner courtyard. I won’t give too much away, this hotel is a gem. “We had a wonderful stay. The hotel has a unique style and atmosphere. The rooms were small but very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful, took even care of our laundry.”

“Great location but difficult for a taxi to get in. The staff were very helpful and friendly, unlike another hotel we stayed at in Shanghai. I would highly recommend”

“Communication with the hotel is an issue. Before the trip, I texted the hotel twice. But without a response. I asked Expedia to contact the hotel. It ended up going nowhere since the person answered the phone had difficulty in another language. It is a little surprise for a major international chain.”

“Passez absolument votre chemin.
