“The room was clean, but the pool area was unkempt the pictures advertised were misleading, the hotel is pretty far from downtown and they don't have enough stores and restaurants around the hotel so coming back and forth from downtown to the hotel can be expensive, the taxis are pretty beat up and some of them don't have air conditioner still you have to pay a higher fare to get to places,the food is not great,on the complementary breakfast they serve the very minimum ,we ask the concierge to...

“Gorgeous property and location. Nice rooms but missing fundamentals for a 5 star hotel...for example, ice bucket, possibility to make coffee or tea, etc. Also disappointed at the system for reserving lounge chairs around the pool. Nearly everything is taken before 9am by guests who belong to certain clubs, or who pay more, which seems unfair to guests who already pay a premium to stay at such a resort.”

“Amazing rooms and views of the arch, Incredible resort, felt very private with amazing amenities while also being so close to great beach front with plenty of amusement and local shopping. Cannot wait to go back and I typically stay at very luxurious hotels!”
