“The place was filthy. cockroach’s. Bugs in fridge. Food particles left on counter and microwave. Bathroom sink not cleaned. No toilet paper, no bedding for pull-out couch, no hand towels, one rag and one dish towel. Glasses and cups were filthy from sitting in the open so long. Table could not be used because any weight causes it to tilt over. Bathroom has nowhere to put you toiletries. The owner responded quick, but they couldn’t get toilet paper right away so we had to buy some. Then we had to...

“The apartment is very clean and well stocked with basic necessities. Gigi was very responsive and kind. There were some pretty noisy neighbors one night but the property felt safe other than that. One downside was the slow Internet as we were trying to work remotely a couple of the days.”
