“House is nice, everything was as described. I saw comments about the alley in the back but to be honest the parking is behind a gate and so is the garbage dumpster so everything is secured then you walk right to the condo so I felt safe. The only thing I would ask is to leave an extra trash bag if guest are staying more than 1 day and possible have a mop in case of accidents. But overall this place is wonder and beds are very comfortable.”

The home itself is clean, cute and super comfortable. He has also stocked the home with everything you may need during your stay. Great experience for my family and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, rentals and grocery stores. We were all very happy there and will be booking again next year. ”

“We stayed in Villa Teatro which has a private deck with ocean views. Upon arrival, we realized our unit hadn't been cleaned. The staff was quick to remedy our situation and refunded our cleaning fee for the inconvenience. So many amenities within walking distance: grocery, restaurants, shopping, but most of all the BEACH! Our villa had everything you could think of to make your stay pleasurable. It was furnished with beautiful paintings by the artist Wyland. The only negative was the sofa bed....
