“We had a great stay in Syracuse visiting family. The property was neat and clean and well appointed. Great coffee selection!!! Very comfortable for a long weekend get away in Tipp Hill. Enjoyed some local pubs and antique shops. Would stay again when in town.”

“I could tell by the description and photos that this might be an old apartment that has the basics for sleeping. It sure was, with uneven floors and an old building feel to it. What pleasantly surprised me though was how clean it all was. Shower, stove, fridge, floors - everything was completely white and clean. The bed was comfortable and warm with the space heater, and even the tv and sofa were great. So if you want to spare your wallet and are okay to enjoy a tiny space with clean comfort...

“Between the consistant beeping, the incorrect electrical with three GFI receptacles running the kitchen. Bathroom faucet was put on backwards. Beds were decent. Unfortunately didn't get the code to the door through VRBO had to contact the host. He was very helpful after realizing there was no hand soap in the bathroom.”

“Loved staying at this place! We came for a concert and soaking in the hot tub before and after was a game changer! The hosts had everything we needed and then some. The bed was comfy, everything felt clean and fresh. The decor is spot on! The only tiny criticism is that the water in the shower gets cold quickly and there was no gas in the fire pit (or it didn’t seem to work for us). If we ever need a place to stay in Syracuse, we will be back to The Simpatico!”
