âIt was clean and a beautiful property. Breakfast was confusing as it wasnât clearly marked, but the food was fantastic. All of the people we met were very friendly and helpful.
The only feedback I would suggest is to let people know that they will be waiting until 4 pm to check in. The lobby was full of people waiting to check in because we were told to have a seat and we would be told when our rooms were ready. It was 3 hours later and several of us asked. We got checked in around 4:30 pm...
â1) Strange layout of the hotel room.
a) Like different lamps at each side of the bed.
b) The headboard was about a foot from the beds matress.

2) Everything was worn down.
a) The phone was old and, probably, the reason why it was hard to hear the other person (very low volume).
b) The bed was mended with duck-tape.
c) Cracks in the tiles in the bathroom.
d) In need of a repaint of ceiling.

âI had a work trip planned and started looking for places to stay. I am not a big fan of the big chain hotels so I stumbled upon Willow Beach. I called ahead of time since I would be checking in after hours. Super easy process. When I arrived my room and key were ready just as promised. The room was very clean and modernized and the lake view was amazing. The entire property is spotless and very peaceful and quiet at night. This place is a hidden gem and I will definitely be returning both for...
âCandlewood has really done a great job updating their rooms I've always liked them, but now it's one of my favorite places and the staff is always polite and friendly I highly recommend this property, and you won't be disappointed â
