Bottenvåningen har ett fullt utrustat kök och matsal samt ett rymligt vardagsrum med välvda exponerade taklofter, en vacker sten vedeldad spis (ved inte tillhandahålls), tunga och spår tallskogsväggar och trägolv i hjärtat. På första våningen finns också tillgång till den täckta veranda på framsidan av stugan samt den täckta veranda på baksidan, som innehåller gott om rockers, en veranda swing, ett picknickbord och en gasgrill.

Stugan har tre separata sovrums sviter, som alla har eget badrum, trä logg sängar, anpassade duvet täcker och bekväma Simmons Beauty Rest madrasser. Stort sovrummet är utrustat med en king size-säng och övervåningen och källaren sovrummen innehåller queen size-sängar. Också på övre våningen finns ett loftområde med dubbel futon och kabel-TV. Dessutom innehåller källaren dubbla våningssängar med kabel-TV.

Skulle du behöva hålla kontakten hemma eller söka efter din nästa höga landaktivitet, kommer den trådlösa höghastighetsanslutningen säkert att hjälpa till.

För de unga i hjärtat, spendera tid nerför trappor spela fotboll eller ett av de många brädspel i kabinen. Du kan också välja att njuta av en film och koppla av framför en mysig eld eller varva ner i den privata badtunnan på den nedre överbyggnaden. Promenera nerför gatan till grannskapet fånga och släpp fiskefält!

Höjdjustering är bekvämt beläget 7 miles från Boone, 5 miles från Banner Elk, och 10 miles från Blowing Rock. Också bara 1 kilometer från Hawksnest Resort, 15 minuter till Mast General Store, Grandfather Mountain, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort och 20 minuter till Blue Ridge Parkway, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, Tweetsie Railroad Theme Park, Linville Falls och ligger nära några av de bästa golf i det höga landet.

Property needs a major overhaul. Heater was not working in one of the bedrooms. House was DRAFTY--blinds moved in and out as the wind blew. House was COLD. Rodent droppings kept falling from the upper beams in the living room. Cleaning evidently didn't occur prior to our arrival. Dishes/utensils were lacking. Had to buy silverware (even though we were only a party of six) because there weren't enough for our party. Continually contacted vrbo but only received ai generated responses.

The host was welcoming. The house was nice and we enjoyed the hot tub. It was a little dated with items in kitchen. While it would sleep 10, there was not enough silverware for 10. The bottom oven door was off its runners and difficult to close. We found mice droppings in several draws in the bed rooms. The grill did not work and the microwave worked intermittently. We we left and took the garbage out to the dumpster that was located in an enclosed structure and when we opened the door, the dumpster was full and other garbage had been left outside the dumpster but within the enclosure. We took pictures but could not upload.

Everything about the home was great but we were uncomfortably cold the entire stay. One bedrooms heating source was not functioning so we couldn’t even use it. Wish we were informed ahead of time. The windows let it too much cold to stay comfortable. The heating system in the house is terrible for the cold winter months in that area.

Time in the mountains

It was a beautiful place. It was clean and absolutely great woth clean hot tub and fooz ball table. Unfortunately the weather didnt cooperate somewhat goggy. But our host was great.

Blue Ridge Realty Housekeeping dropped the ball big time!

Upon checking in we walked in to find 3 hefty bags of dirty linens and 1 hefty bag of garbage sitting inside the front door. After further inspection of the cabin we discovered there were no bath towels, dish towels, wash cloths, start up toiletry kits, toilet paper or paper towels as promised. I immediately called Blue Ridge Realty about the problem. The "message center" lady said she would send a message for someone to call me. After 3 calls to the message center NO ONE EVER CALLED ME. The next morning I called again, NO ONE EVER CALLED ME. That day in the late afternoon some towels and toiletries were delivered. The cabin was freezing cold when we checked in. Housekeeping had left one of the kitchen windows open. THERE IS NO CENTRAL HEAT, only space heaters and 3 or 4 Mini split wall mounted units. We never were able to get the main floor above 65 degrees even while using the fireplace. We had to clean out the fireplace, someone had burned trash in it and there was a melted plastic container stuck to the grate, and we had to buy our own firewood. The butane fire starter stick was out of butane, so we had to purchase one to light the fire. I think the firewood should be provided for free since there is no central heat. The weather got down into single digits. There were only 6 forks and two teaspoons, which wasn't enough for my family. The pans in the kitchen need to be replaced, terrible condition. Cabin has potential, but you can tell it's been neglected.

Great Getaway Place!

Family getaway

I read a lot of reviews before booking, so I will also leave a thorough one. We had a great stay and would gladly stay there again! Location was ideal (less than 30 minutes to everything we did - restaurants, grocery stores, Tweetsie, skiing, Grandfather Mountain, shopping.) The cabin was western themed and perfect for a mountain getaway with plenty of beds, great hot tub, and well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. This cabin is the last on the road so very private and easy parking. Fun and delightful visit!

Great Location

Our group made our annual friends getaway ski trip to the Beech Mt/Boone area, and we had a great time. The cabin was great...good location, easy to find, nice amenities, hot tub worked great, had two fire places, and we will definitely be back.

Our family getaway

Altitude Adjustment was a very nice place, and we really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for the four kids to have a fun place to hangout. There were 10 of us. The bedrooms were adequate for the parents and grandparents. The 2 older children had nice sleeping arrangements in the basement bunk beds and the two youngest had their own space on the futon bed in the loft.. There were a few issues that we didn't know until we arrived. The tv in the basement doesn't work, but will be replaced soon.. The heater in the basement bedroom also didn't work, but the heat in the den area of the basement helped heat that room. They are aware of this issue. It would be nice to have instructions for which tv remotes to use and for the individual heating/cooling units. Overall we had a great experience and even had some snow.

Awesome short get away

Property was secluded yet easy to find, well decorated and stocked. Best sunrise ever! Rental agency very responsive to minor issue. Hate to give too much praise, they'll book up and we won't be able to go back!

This house was everything it said it was and bigger in person that pics make it seem! Great location to everywhere and and of the road which made for a very quiet weekend and we didn’t worry about annoying neighbors with our laughs! Will definitely be back!

Private location, close to everything

This house was a great fit for our group - 5 adults and 1 child (1.5 years old). Our dogs loved that we were at the end of the cul de sac so they could roam a little. The house fees very private but is within a 15/20 minute drive to plenty of restaurants and activities. Great set up with private bathrooms for all of the bedrooms. The only bummer was that we were going to grill one night but the propane tank was empty.

Perfect Weekend Getaway.

We rented this because of its proximity to Charlotte and it's a straight shot getting there. We loved that we were at the end of the road and no one would be driving by. We had a fire going the whole time. It was the perfect place to unwind.

Quick getaway

We made a last minute decision to take a quick getaway for Thanksgiving week. Booked on Sunday and checked in the next day. We were excited to find something that would accommodate our dog with us. Loved the cabin and it’s proximity to hiking.

Great Cabin & Rental Company

We had a wonderful weekend at the Altitude Adjustment cabin. Twenty minutes from Boone, and various hiking trails, this home has tons of character and charm. Check in was easy, house was clean and as advertised. We have rented from Blue Ridge a few times before, and each time, they are friendly, quick to communicate, and have great properties. The bonus is their selection of pet friendly homes!

Very nice and peaceful

The place was clean and spacious, and we had no trouble finding it or checking in. All the appliances, AC, etc worked well. We did not try the hot tub. The WiFi was intermittent, but that was a problem with the Internet provider, and the management company was responsive to us and proactive with the Internet provider. We wished the view were better - it probably is when the leaves are gone - but otherwise we were happy with the cabin.
