Located on the quiet side of Beech Mountain, this custom-built 3BR/2BA retreat sleeps up to 8 (two twin Murphy beds in Game Room) and features vaulted wood ceilings, hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, panoramic long-range mountain views, and fast Wi-Fi. Enjoy expansive covered decks, a stone patio with hot tub, Finnish cedar sauna, fire pit, and a game room with pool table—perfect for ski trips, family vacations, and year-round mountain getaways.


Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including all decks, patio, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, driveway, and garage/storage area for skis, snowboards, bikes, or hiking gear. Optional Beech Mountain Club membership transfer is available upon request (club transfer fee applies), providing seasonal access to golf, tennis, pickleball, dining, fitness center, and winter ski resort VIP parking and private lodge restaurant.

Other details to note: This is a custom-built home (2006) with proper insulation. The home is equipped with AC and a GENERAC whole-house backup generator, ensuring comfort during mountain storms or power outages (which can happen often in the winter). Exterior-only security cameras monitor the front entrance and driveway for safety; there are no interior cameras or cameras in private outdoor areas.
