Important Information for Your Stay
Loft Area Safety
In alignment with the American Academy of Pediatrics, we do not recommend children under six years of age sleeping in the loft area, located in The Chalet. Please use the loft area at your own risk.
Deck and Hot Tub Guidelines & Safety
Guests must use the lookout deck and hot tub at their own risk. For safety, please supervise children and elderly guests while in or around the hot tub, or on any of the lookout decks.
-Shower before entering the hot tub to maintain water quality.
-Do not add bubbles, oils, soaps, or any other substances to the hot tub.
-Please monitor children and pets around the hot tub at all times.
We are not responsible for injuries or accidents related to hot tub use.
Guest Access
Guests will receive a unique access code for the front doors via keypad entry. Check-in details, including your access code and instructions, will be sent two days before arrival.
Winter Travel Advisory
In cases of inclement weather, the Town of Seven Devils requires 4WD vehicles, snow chains, or snow tires. Guests are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is properly equipped, as we cannot accommodate losses due to lack of preparation.
Parking & Driving Tips
While navigation apps may suggest taking Shulls Mill Road as a shortcut, we strongly recommend continuing through Boone from Blowing Rock. Shulls Mill Road is extremely winding with hairpin turns, making it a challenging drive for those unfamiliar with mountain roads.
Our driveway can accommodate up to 2 cars for the Chalet. Please note that street parking is not permitted in Seven Devils. Chalet guests will park all the way up on the RIGHT side of the driveway (in front of the right garage door) as there may be guests in the Main House next door that share the driveway.
Cell Service & WiFi
High-speed WiFi is available.
Cell service is limited in the area! We recommend enabling WiFi Calling on your phone before your trip if your provider offers this feature.
Television & Streaming Services
We offer Roku TVs – Guests can log in to their personal streaming services using the apps available on the TVs.
Don’t forget to log out of your streaming accounts before departure!
Pet Policy
We love hosting furry friends! Please notify us in advance if you are bringing a pet. There is a $50 per pet fee added to your booking.
Failure to notify us of pets will result in a $250 penalty fee.
