Completed in the fall of 2024, this gorgeous home is located down a private, level driveway off and only a minute from Great Camp, the summer center for entertainment.

Enjoy the convenience of the spacious two-car garage while staying at Eagle Ridge. With just two steps leading into the main level, you'll enter an open-concept kitchen and great room. The dining table seats ten guests, while the granite bar provides four additional seats. Gather around the gas log fireplace or settle in for a movie on the flatscreen TV mounted above the mantle. Step outside to the covered section of the main-level deck and dine al fresco with stunning long-range mountain views. The primary king ensuite offers private access to the main deck and features a walk-in closet, double granite vanity, lighted mirror, copper soaking tub, and a tiled shower with both a waterfall showerhead and handheld wand.

On the lower level, you'll find a den with a gas log fireplace, wet bar, beverage cooler, and pool table. A comfortable sofa and flatscreen TV offer space to relax, with nearby access to the lower deck and hot tub. The lower level also includes three bedrooms. The first is a queen ensuite with deck access and a tiled combination tub and shower. A second queen bedroom is located near a full hallway bathroom with a tiled shower. The bunk room, accessed by a few steps, features custom-built log bunks with two full beds over two queen beds and plenty of headroom. A second full hallway bathroom serves this room.

Outside, stone steps lead to the built-in firepit surrounded by beautiful rockwork — perfect for gathering under the stars.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.

Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All linens and towels provided.
- The garage is available to renters.
- This homeowner monitors the front entrance with a doorbell camera.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Guests returning to this home may receive a discount of 5% to the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.


CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
