Welcome to Lost Bark Lodge, a thoughtfully designed vacation home located in the Great Camp section of Eagles Nest. Enjoy close access to community favorites like the ball fields, summer concerts, 24/7 general store, and the new Epic Chophouse restaurant—all half a mile away!

The home opens to a vaulted great room, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an oversized island with seating for three, and a table that seats eight. Large windows and a side skylight bring in natural light across the kitchen, dining, and living areas. A coffee station and wet bar with instant hot water add convenience just off the kitchen.

The living room features a gas fireplace, a large screen TV, and comfortable seating, with doors leading to the covered deck. Outside, you'll find a woodburning fireplace, another TV, a sectional sofa, and a dining table for seven—perfect for cool evenings or casual meals.

The main level primary king suite includes a desk, private access to the deck, and a bathroom with a tiled shower (waterfall and handheld heads), double quartz vanity, and private water closet.

Downstairs, the den offers plenty of entertainment with a pool table, foosball, large TV, and a mini fridge for snacks and drinks. A second king ensuite is on this level with a tiled shower and quartz counters. The third bedroom has two XL twin bed but can be converted into a king bed (let us know at the time of booking if you prefer a king set up). A bunk room hidden behind a fun, secret door with a snowboard feature holds two twin beds, one of which is lofted.

The rec room offers a memory foam sleeper sofa for overflow sleeping options.

The lower patio includes a hot tub, seating, ping pong, and a giant chess board. A fenced-in yard connects this space to the upper deck, making it easy to let pets enjoy the outdoors safely. The circular, level driveway ensures simple access and plenty of parking for your group.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.

Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
- This home is pet friendly, allowing one dog for an additional rent of $25 per night plus tax. Will consider a second dog for additional pet rent, under certain circumstances. Reach out if this is applicable for your stay.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsman's Lodge.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March in case of heavy snowfall. The driveway is level with easy access.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, pickleball, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- This home has a generator if emergency power is needed.
- All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- The front door has a Ring-style security camera, as well as one on the parking area.
- Guests returning to Lost Bark Lodge may receive a discount of 10% to the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.
- Firewood for the outdoor fireplace may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You'll receive two bundles of firewood for $25/night plus tax.

CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
​​​​​​​Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
