Welcome to Nature's Blessings! This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is only minutes from Sugar Mountain Ski Resort or Downtown Banner Elk. Featuring a hot tub, gas fire table, tankless water heater, central heating and air and a luxurious king suite with its own gas fireplace, custom shower, walk in closets, and its own deck to sit outside and take in the beautiful mountain views surrounding you!

This modern kitchen on the main level has a 6 burner gas range, stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, prep sink, Keurig and drip style coffeemakers.

The main level living room has a sleeper sofa.

The upper level has both king suites. Each king suite has a TV, walk in closet and heated toilet seats in each bathroom. The washer and dryer are also located on the upper level.

The primary king suite has its own gas fireplace, walk in closet, attached bathroom with custom tile steam shower with body jets and a heated toilet seat. Step out on the private upper deck with swings and a reading area in front of the windows.

​​​​​​​What was once a private upper deck off the primary suite has now been transformed into a luxurious 3-season game room—your own entertainment retreat. This enclosed space features a gas-log fireplace, a 75-inch TV, and a premium Shaquille O'Neal couch complete with built-in subwoofers, electric recliners, massagers, and chilled cup holders for ultimate comfort. Enjoy endless fun with a commercial-grade arcade machine loaded with 50 timeless classics—Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, Galaga, Donkey Kong, Centipede, Dig Dug, and more—as well as a Golden Tee golf cabinet offering over 50 courses and online play. The room also includes electronic ping-pong and an assortment of board games, creating the perfect spot to unwind, play, and relax.

The second king suite has a walk in closet, and attached bathroom with custom tile glass shower, granite counters, and heated toilet seat.

The hot tub is on the lower covered deck with a privacy screen that can be pulled down. Have a cookout on the gas grill. Or sit by the gas fire table and look out at the mountain views. You can even walk down the street to the neighborhood access to Elk Creek and communal firepit area!

This property is pet friendly for mature, well-trained hypoallergenic dogs 25lb or less only. Max of 2 dogs. Pet fee is $25/nt per dog, plus tax. Thank you for not requesting an exception to the pet restrictions.
-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
