I have received all 5 Star reviews on here and on other sites for our property except for one stay around the holidays. I am very disappointed that my guests did not have a 5 STAR experience as everyone else has since 2016. I pride myself in knowing that my place IS a 5 STAR stay as I would expect myself. I can honestly say that immediately after that review, I did due diligence to look into each issue. The washer was fixed ( belt replacement). We added more pillows not only for the bedrooms but also the throw pillows on the couch. The range light bulb was replaced immediately. This was done between 10am and 4pm which was my window before my next check in as the holidays had us full for over two weeks. When you decide to stay at my home, you are treated like you are my family) Sincerely, Paul

need for your next getaway. Peace &
Tranquility offers a great kitchen with
granite counters, that is fully stocked. having been in the hospitality industry, we feel it has anything you may need for your needs.

cozy living room with a
and flat screen TV with cable and
streaming apps capabilities. GAS FIREPLACE IS NOT OPERATIONAL IN OUR HOME AT THIS TIME.
Peace & Tranquility's master bedroom
has a King bed, TV with cable, and en
suite full bath and second bedroom
has a Queen bed, TV with cable and
streaming capabilities, and a second full bath. You
can access the deck from master
suite or living room area. End unit
location gives you unobstructed
layered mountain view which will
inspire you anytime of year. The view from the porch is gorgeous as every sunrise is eloquent and different yet peaceful and quiet. OWNERS HOST FEE is only for Cleaning Fee and Community Enforced Daily Amenities Fee
As a guest at Echota on the Ridge, you
will also have access to all the
amenities of this popular destination,
including indoor pool, outdoor pool(May till October)
2 hot tub, 2 fitness facility, 2 clubhouse and 25-acre park with river access that is
just across from the entrance on Route
105.
You will also be centrally located to all
the High Country has to offer and it's
an easy drive to Boone, Blowing Rock
Valle Crucis or Banner Elk. Just
minutes away is skiing/snow tubing at
Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain and
Appalachian State Mountain in the winter, and in the summer, you are near Mountain Biking at Beech Mnt, Live music at so many venues each day, Breweries, Winery's and of
course tons of shopping and
restaurants. The entrance to the
beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway is also
just minutes away. AWD or 4WD recommended but not required in the winter months.
This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- Pets are absolutely not permitted in Echota Resort unless they are licensed service animal. Vest and tags must be with you and your dog.

If you needed a larger accommodation, we also rent a Townhome( Altitude Adjustment on Echota on the Ridge)that can sleep up to 8( 6 adults and 2 children).
