Rock Haven at Eagles Nest - pets, views, four king beds, hot tub
Welcome to Rock Haven, a beautiful mountain retreat in the coveted Eagles Nest community of Banner Elk, NC. Completed in late 2024, this stunning four-bedroom home offers four king ensuites for comfort, style, and year-round mountain views—perfect for your next High Country escape.
Step into the inviting living room, where a floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace sets the mood for cozy evenings. Leather sofas are arranged for great conversation or enjoying your favorite movie on the mounted TV. The spacious kitchen features a massive granite island with barstool seating, and the adjacent dining table seats six comfortably for shared meals and game nights.
The first of four king ensuites is located on the main level. This spacious bedroom includes a ceiling fan, Smart TV, and private access to the main deck with beautiful mountain views. The attached bathroom features a double granite vanity and a tiled shower with dual shower heads for a spa-like experience.
Upstairs, the loft offers a quiet seating area to take in the view, along with a gameboard table for some friendly competition. On either side of the loft are two additional king ensuites, each with a Smart TV, sitting area, and ceiling fan. One bathroom includes a tiled tub/shower combination, while the other features a sleek tiled shower.
Downstairs, the fourth king ensuite is tucked beside the den. It includes a Smart TV, ceiling fan, and an attached bath with double granite vanities and a tiled tub/shower combo. This bathroom also connects to the lower-level living space, where guests will find a cozy den with four recliners, a large TV, and two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds—each with a twin trundle underneath (six twin beds in total), making it perfect for kids or extra guests.
Step outside to enjoy everything Rock Haven has to offer. The upper deck features a gas fireplace, sectional seating, Weber grill, and dining table—ideal for morning coffee or evening gatherings. The lower deck, accessible from the den or yard, offers even more seating to take in the view, plus a hot tub to relax in after a day of mountain adventures.
