Description:  Welcome to "The Coop," a charming retreat nestled in the Lakes Community of Seven Devils, NC, offering comfortable accommodations for up to 10 guests spread across three inviting floors. As you arrive, a level gravel driveway welcomes three or four vehicles with ease, and for those driving electric vehicles, a dedicated 50-amp breaker with a 14-30 outlet (240V) is available for your convenience. Step inside to discover the main level, where an open-concept great room awaits with a cozy wood-burning fireplace, a smart TV with basic cable, a dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen. The main floor bedroom boasts a new king-size mattress and an attached bath with a tub/shower combo. However, the true highlight of the home is the covered front porch, offering idyllic views of the pond and wildlife—a perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine in any weather. Upstairs, the loft area features another new king-size mattress, a queen-size futon, and a full bath with a tub/shower combo. Meanwhile, the basement hosts the third bedroom, complete with a new queen-size mattress and another full bath with a tub/shower combo. Additionally, the basement offers entertainment galore with a pool table, a plethora of board games, an Xbox 360, and another smart TV—ensuring endless fun for guests of all ages. Furry friends are welcome to join the fun with additional fees (maximum of 2 dogs), ensuring no family member is left behind. Amenities: Guests of the Lakes Community have access to stocked catch-and-release ponds and a playground and tennis courts in the Seven Devils Community.

Location: This cabin is located in quaint Seven Devils, on the same mountain as Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Ziplining, and centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The Seven Devils community offers public basketball and tennis courts along with a children's playground. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.
