The Recovery Room at Eagles Nest - Sunset views, firepit by the creek, game room!

Come relax and renew your spirit at The Recovery Room a luxury four bedroom, three and a half bath home is nestled in the trees near the Great Camp amenity area, and is rather unique within Eagles Nest for having both a creek on site as well as beautiful mountain views.

The main level features a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, gorgeous granite counters, and is open to the dining and living area. The dining table seats up to 9 comfortably. In the living room, the sofa is situated near the gas fireplace with a large-screen smart TV offering YouTube TV for live programming. The sofa doubles as a queen sized sleeper, as well. A half bath is nearby for guest ease, and there is deck access to the views and outdoor, wood-burning fireplace on the covered deck. Enjoy Sonos speaker systems throughout the house and back deck, too!

The king suite is on the main level, with vaulted ceilings and lots of windows to let the nature and beauty come inside. The full bath features a zero-entry double headed shower and double granite vanity.

Downstairs is a second master suite with a Queen bed and ensuite bath with custom tiled tub/shower and granite vanity. The third bedroom, also with a Queen, and a fourth bedroom with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, share a third full bath with a tiled shower and a double granite vanity.

Also on the lower level is the family room with big selection of board games, a shuffleboard, and a multi-game arcade, huge sectional sofa, chair, and another large TV. There's also a kitchenette with microwave and fridge, along with a room with a SmartTV perfect for yoga or low-impact exercise (bring your own equipment and mats). From the family room, step outside to the lower patio where you can drink in the beautiful mountain views! Also on the grounds are a great fire pit right next to the small creek.

Enjoy the private setting! Even though you'll pass several homes on the way, once you get here you can't see anyone else in summer. No matter what you do or where you go while you're in the High Country, you're sure to love spending time in The Recovery Room!

HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.

Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Important Notes:
- Firewood for the outdoor fireplace and firepit may be added at the time of booking, or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
-Please note that this property absolutely does not permit pets anywhere in or on the premises at any time including outdoor spaces. Bona fide service animals as prescribed by a medical professional may be permitted, and the presence of a service animal must be disclosed prior to check-in. Misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a crime under North Carolina law. Guests who bring a pet to a no-pet home will be subject to a non-refundable $750 fee to reimburse the owner for wrongful use of their home as well as compensate for removing pet hair and dander and clean carpets and upholstery.
If any pets are discovered during your tenancy including via security camera or observation of neighbors or BRMR staff, your credit card on file will be charged for the above-mentioned fee.
- Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsmans Lodge or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- This homeowner has installed exterior security cameras on the side of the home and the woods facing towards the front of the house to ensure their home remains safe. No cameras are on the back deck or interior of the home.
- Please note the piano in the home is decorative and will be locked. It can not be unlocked for guest use.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
