“The hotel was in a great location and was very specious and clean. I would have rated it a 4, but the beds were the worst I have ever slept on in a hotel. We will be traveling to this area frequently and I am not sure I would stay again because of the bed. My husband and I never woke up in such pain!”

“I'm a traveling nurse and my phone was stolen at work the night before I had to renew my reservation. I was 1 hour late paying for my reservation cause I had to go in person to get money due to my phone being stolen and deposit it to pay the hotel. The staff was rude about the entire situation telling me I was banned from staying at any of their properties cause I had money issues. “Blev dåligt, vi fick stå och vänta i lobbyn utan ac i över en timme för expediten såg våran bokning men inte att pengarna kommit in från expedia, slutade med att vi fick betala igen för o få vårat rum efter alla telefon samtal, hoppas vi får pengarna tillbaka av hotells.com”

“The room was absolutely filthy I should have never taken my socks off. Our feet were black and we have to wipe them off before even putting my socks and shoes back on. The door was open when we arrived, and we were too tired to walk all the way back up to the front desk. At least there were no surprises waiting inside. Will never stay ever again.”
