“I missed an earlier communication from the host and therefore getting into the apartment was extremely difficult. Once we met the host and were admitted we had a wonderful time. The apartment, part of a noble palace built in the 1500s is a bit decrepit but everything works well and it is in the middle of the oldest “authentic” quarter of modern Naples. “This place was truly amazing! The terrace is even better than the pictures. Close to swimming, great beds, fully equipped kitchen, host responded very quick if we had questions, a small grocery shop nearby. "The staff at this hotel is amazing! Due to me and my sisters problem that we didn't receive our luggage from the airport they tried their best to help us in that matter. Later on we connected well with Rosalba in the reception who have us many good advices and recommendations. She really made us feel like we were the most important guest - and we guess that she and her colleagues are experts in making every guest feel like that. Also by the pool we have great experiences with the staff and also at breakfast. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. We have absolutely nothing to complain about.
