“View was unbelievable, host was as well and arranged porters at both ends of our stay to help with our luggage. The steps got easier every day, but we're in our 70's, so not going to do those steps with bags. My wife especially liked the decor.”

“Maria’s home was beautiful and the view was just stunning! Maria was responsive to our questions and provided helpful information. We enjoyed our stay very much. I would note that the walk from the flat to the city centre was about 35 minutes, in part, because there are only sidewalks about 1/2 the distance and you are required to walk close to the stone wall along the narrow highway being mindful of cars. While the bus stop is conveniently located right at the house, buses do not always run on...

“Great location, stunning views ! Close to everything that we needed… to eat ,to get a boat to Capri. Would definitely recommend! It was really nice to have all of the espresso pods, soap, shampoo,, conditioner, even snacks, towels… great hosts !Remember there are 80 stairs, which is hard at first, But you get used to them and it was no big deal after a couple days”

“Maria Laura was a lovely host. Great restaurant recommendation. The apartment was quite comfortable but a dehumidifier would be helpful as it was a bit damp. Well equipped kitchen was great as we did cook a bit. A coffee maker would also be helpful as the moka pots are too small. Overall we were quite satisfied. Loved the lemon grove just outside the door. Thanks again Maria Laura.”

“Avoid the mayhem and hordes of tourists in Positano and Amalfi and make Praiano the base of your Amalfi Coast adventure. The host is great, and you'll thoroughly enjoy your time here. However, be warned that it's not easy to find, and you will need to climb quite a few stairs. But don't let that deter you. The town and this villa make an excellent base for your Amalfi Coast stay.”
