“This hotel is not really managed in any meaningful sense. Wifi went down for three days, which meant going off to another hotel to work. They gave me a carton of orange juice by way of apology! The lady at reception also didn't know that only one of the POS machines works for international cards so lots of time wasted try to make a payment. “The staff were friendly, listened and responded quickly to concerns. The staff ability to quickly respond to concerns was the highlight of my stay here. However, the hotel needs to do more with their options for breakfast. The idea that your reservation is paid for as 2 persons - your breakfast should also be for two persons and not with the option of the second person paying.”

“ I reached out to property before posting this & got no reply. I contacted Expedia, they reached out to property & they refused any refund. They asked if I complained to the front desk, I did but that’s useless. Their Expedia ad claims they offer amenities that they don’t! 1. fridge is not full sized!!! it’s a dorm sized one. The freezer holds maybe 3 bottles of water. There is No room for groceries after adding drinks/water. The kitchen isn’t open like the pics, It’s small and closed...
