“I had a wonderful and pleasant stay at Melbrooke Park Hotel, from check-in to check-out. The environment was clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the location made it easy to drive in and out, especially when visiting nearby places with friends in the evening. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Definitely worth...

“This hotel is not really managed in any meaningful sense. Wifi went down for three days, which meant going off to another hotel to work. They gave me a carton of orange juice by way of apology! The lady at reception also didn't know that only one of the POS machines works for international cards so lots of time wasted try to make a payment. I checked out and moved to Nordic hotel -- more expensive but at least stuff works and you can get things done. I should say that staff at the View are...

“Staff was excellent, went above and beyond for myself and my wife. Will definitely use again. Our only complaint is the lack of time the pool was available for us.”

“Friendly staff and clean facility”

“Nothing else”

“Håll er borta från detta hotell. Hotellet är smutsigt, föråldrat, en del av hotellpersonalen är väldigt inkompetent och väldigt oförskämd. Maten är en enda röra. De serverade mig överbliven mat. Värst är det med hotellchefen. Han var oförskämd mot min gäst. Strömbrytaren till lampan fungerar inte ordentligt. Hotellets vatten är brunt, vilket ger hudutslag. De bryr sig inte om sina gäster, de bryr sig bara om pengar.”

“Staff were more helpful”

“We had a nice experience staying at George Residence. The apartment rented was furnished, clean, and quiet. We had electric and water supply 24/7. We did have a washing machine in the apartment but opted to utilize the laundry services which was amazing and hassle free. The staff were professional, welcoming and attentive to any requests. Housekeeping was friendly and trustworthy. One of the guards, Felix always seemed to go above and beyond from helping carry items in to ensuring we were...

“The staff was outstanding, friendly and always welcoming me. This hotel was the only one that sent me a thank you for booking with them. I very much appreciated that email.”

“The food use to be nice, but the last one I had was terrible, I asked for towel I didn't get, no bath soap, just shampoo I stayed for just a few hours and left paid 140k”

“Amenities not working properly. They needed to refurbish the hotel”

“Excellent service , great customer service ,clean and relaxable”
