“This hotel is not really managed in any meaningful sense. Wifi went down for three days, which meant going off to another hotel to work. They gave me a carton of orange juice by way of apology! “It was just okay. The breakfast was hit and miss and was cold a lot of times. A number of the staff members were quite moody, especially the check in staff. The male porters were quite lovely though. The water in my room was never hot but manageable as Luke warm. Overall, my stay was okay. I had booked 5 days initially with the intention on booking a further week if I liked it. I ended up checking out as planned, and went to another hotel. ”

“The property looks even better in-person. We booked the penthouse and we were blown away by how luxurious it was. Rhe arwa is secure and we felt safe the entire time. The only real downside was the Wi-Fi and the food delivery took way too long to arrive. The foid was really tasty though so that made up for the wait. Also there were hidden nightly fees so make sure to read the fine print before booking.”
