Set on a spacious 7,500 m² estate, the villa is surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden filled with carefully selected plants native to the Adriatic climate, ensuring peace and complete privacy.
The interior space of 520 m² accommodates up to 8 guests in four luxurious bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, along with additional guest restrooms. The expansive 550 m² terrace, partly covered with a 150 m² shaded area, is finished in travertine stone, while the driveway is paved with porphyry stone. At the heart of the property lies a heated saltwater pool measuring 12 × 6 meters, accompanied by a fully equipped summer kitchen and a wine cellar stocked with over 160 bottles of premium Istrian wines — perfect for long summer evenings under the stars.

THE PRICE INCLUDES daily villa cleaning, daily pool maintenance and cleaning, private concierge service, a large heated saltwater pool, electric vehicle charging station, 8 bicycles, jacuzzi and sauna, charcoal for barbecue, technical support, a basket of organic fruit from a local farm, and a welcome package that includes natural mineral water, juices, tea, and coffee.
