Everything was perfect. Seamless check in, high end mattresses, linens, and fully equipped kitchen. Spotlessly clean with great water pressure in all showers. Easy walk to train and beach. Lots of local grocery stores and amazing tapas at El Marina just steps away. We highly recommend this home and our hosts were so helpful and kind. Thank you again.

Great location in a lovely town

We were a family of 12x with 4x kids that were 8-11 years of age and the house was plenty big for all of us. The house has age and character, but is very quiet with the doors closed and each or the sleeping rooms has its individual AC unit so it’s very comfortable on those hot days. You are a 10min walk to the train, 4 min walk to the beach, and bars/food just around the corner. I would love the opportunity to stay there again.

Fabulous

We were 6 couples staying for 5 nights and we were so pleased with the experience! The house itself is well maintained and immaculate! There was plenty of room for privacy and socializing. Each couple had their own bedroom with comfortable beds and their own bathroom. It was only a 15 min walk to catch the train and a beautiful beach is very close as well. There were plenty of places to shop and eat within a very short distance. Absolutely no need for a car. We also appreciated that there was a Catholic Church just around the corner and took advantage of Mass there. Overall it was an awesome experience! Our host Maria and her husband Oscar were there to greet us, show us around and even helped arrange a taxi back to the airport. Then, for a very reasonable price, they came back one evening and prepared Paella for all of us! It was delicious!!! I highly recommend this VRBO!

Beautiful Barcelona Beach Town

Our family and friends had an incredible time staying in this charming, beautiful, quaint home outside of Barcelona. With easy access to the city, this spacious, old world home offered us the balance of big city tourism and R&R time while in Barcelona. In addition to the stay, the hosts offered a unique private, custom paella and cream dessert experience that was as good as it gets. When we come back to Barcelona, we will surely repeat our stay.

Great home just outside Barcelona city close to Beach

We were a large group of two families (11 people) staying for a few nights. The house has wonderful charm and character and the short walk to the beach after a hot day in Barcelona was something to look forward to. The hosts were very helpful, spending time showing us around the local area

A three-floor apartment, 45 minutes from Barcelona.

The home is in a suburb of Barcelona, about 45 minutes to the center of town. It is well maintained and clean. The host was gracious and gave us a great deal of information about the neighborhood. Although the apartment has five bedrooms, three of those bedrooms are on the third floor and are shared by a single AC unit and one bathroom which is a privacy nuisance to those wanting a private bedroom and bathroom.

Family vacation in Premia de Mar

We were an extended family of 10 traveling in Spain for 2.5 weeks and we spent our final 5 days of our vacation in Premia de Mar relaxing at the beach and exploring Barcelona. The hosts were fabulous and the property was so lovely and worked perfect for our large family. I would highly recommend this special home!

Urlaub im Oktober 2019 in Premia de Mar Objektnummer: 6950877

Wir hatten nach der Neckermanninsolvenz keine Zimmer mehr in Barcelona zur VerfĂŒgung. Unsere Gruppenreise mit 7 Personen war geplant und der Flug war der einzige der noch nicht geplatzt war. Ich habe mich kurzfristig auf der Suche nach einen FE-Haus in der NĂ€he von Barcelona gemacht und dieses sehr schöne Objekt gefunden. Wir hatten auch gleich Kontakt von Deutschland zu Maria aufgenommen wegen den Transport zum FE-Haus. Maria war gelich sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns sehr geholfen damit wir gut nach Premia de Mar anreisen konnten. Das FE-Haus ist wirklich ein Traum und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Man fĂŒhlt sich gleich nach Betreten des Hauses wie zu Hause. Wie waren alle echt begeistert. Das Haus liegt mitten in der Stadt aber auch sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist alles in wenigen Minuten und per Fuß gut erreichbar ( Bahn, Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Einfach perfekt. Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in diesen sehr schönen FE-Haus und wir möchten uns auf diesen Wege bei Maria ganz herzlich bedanken fĂŒr die Umsorgung und fĂŒr alles. Haven by the beach

My family and I had a wonderful holiday in Premia de Mar. What a lovely location for a family visit. We loved the beach and the neighborhood little shops, restaurants and bars. The bakery right next door had the most wonderful bread and pastries. The house itself has so much beautiful art that every time I moved in the house I saw something new and wonderful. It was great to have a table to seat all 14 of us for some of our meals. We had such great family conversations there. The acoustics in the home were wonderful when my grandson played his saxophone. We highly recommend this location for family gatherings.

We had the best experience! The house was very pretty, clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was safe

María Dolores is a great host. She made us feel at home and provided us with all the transportation information we needed. We were able to see most of Barcelona thanks to her advice. The house is very clean and really nice. It has a home feeling and we totally enjoyed our stay. We’re sharing our experience with everyone and recommending this house. It’s close to the train so it’s easy to go where ever you want to go, many markets around and nearby cafes were affordable, decent and clean . Neighbors were very nice and friendly.

TrÚs agréable Week End de Pùques en famille

Nous avons passé le week end dans cette grande maison chaleureuse avec tout le confort adapté pour 14 personnes (4 familles) Le descriptif de la maison et les équipements correspondent totalement à la réalité. Aussi bien l'accueil, la présentation et le suivi ont été optimum (contact, gestion des parking). Merci à Javier et à son épouse pour leur disponibilité et leurs conseils. La proximité de la gare de Premia de Mar (5 mns à pied) nous a permis d'accéder à Barcelone en train trÚs rapidement (35 mns). Merci et bonne continuation Frédérique et Emmanuel

Belle maison et hĂŽtes aux petits soins

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able fin juillet Ă  9 personnes dans cette belle maison, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et trĂšs bien situĂ©e dans la petite ville de Premia de mar. Premia est une petite ville charmante et tranquille en bord de mer, loin de l'agitation habituelle des stations balnĂ©aires de la rĂ©gion mais trĂšs bien desservie tout de mĂȘme (30mn de Barcelone en train). Maria Dolors est rĂ©ellement une hĂŽtesse parfaite, aux petits soins, qui nous avait prĂ©parĂ© tout un tas de petits conseils et recommandations sur les lieux Ă  visiter, restos, etc... Elle a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs rĂ©active Ă  la moindre de nos sollicitations durant le sĂ©jour, nous prĂ©venant mĂȘme la veille de notre dĂ©part que les taxis Ă©taient en grĂšve Ă  Barcelone pour que nous puissions anticiper et prendre nos dispositions pour notre trajet vers l'aĂ©roport.

Wooooonderful house!

We spend with 14 Pereons our holidays in this historical and very comfortable Hpuse in Premia de Mar! The Householders were also very nice and showed us directly the discrit and gave us some advice where to eat. The house was very clean and there was enough room for everyone. We would recommend this house to everyone, becouse it is like a museum and you travel to the 18th century, becouse of the detailed decoration inside! Thanks to Maria-Dolors and her husband. Casa muy acogedora y céntrica. Ideal para familias y grupos. Con todas las comodidades.

Hemos estado muy cómodos. La casa es muy bonita y está cerca de muchos servicios. Situada en pleno centro. Trato excelente de los propietarios facilitándonos en todo momento nuestra estancia. Muy recomendable, para repetir 😉
