Es lindo el hotel pero les falta limpiar los baños compartidos pongan ambiental o algo…. En las habitaciones de cilindros en 4 días nunca me cambiaron ni las sabanas… no se si no lo hacen o hay que pedir el hotel hermoso… la limpieza les falta mucho que desear

The staff here was amazing ! Special thanks to Jhoel , Darwin , Brandon (whose English was better than our Spanish ). And the cleaning staff (Raul ), and also Miguel. They looked after us extremely well. The shuttle drivers were also great. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. I loved everything ...
