“We enjoyed our stay in Leadville at this property. The house was quaint and cozy. The first night we had difficulty with the tv and the owner took care of it very quickly—a new tv was installed!! It was super handy to have a washer and dryer in the house too. It snowed during our stay so having a shovel available was also helpful. The owner even came by and shoveled more while we were out. “My family and I rented this property for our annual Spring Break trip to Glenwood. The property was extremely convenient to get to town. My family and I enjoyed our stay! The house itself was very clean! My only complaint was the excessive amounts of chlorine in the hot tub, otherwise, we would definitely stay here again!”

“The house was perfectly set up for our two families (we had one family on each level). Our kids enjoyed the arcade and playing in the huge back yard, we saw deer every day, and the view was like a postcard! We loved spending time on the deck and in the hot tub, with beautiful mountains all around. The location provides easy access to downtown and other activities, but is still secluded and quiet. The check in and out process was easy and we felt right at home.”

First, the road to the house is a steep, twisty, single-vehicle road with a narrow driveway, so it requires some very careful driving to access with some driving in reverse when another vehicle approaches. “Fantastic location for skiing. About 50 yard walk to slopes. There is groomed path behind home to ski back to doorstep! Very clean and modern. Easy to use thermostat, TV's , coffee maker, all appliances working . Plenty of hot water for our party of 8. Tons of space for all including our dogs! Nice homey touches, beds were great, towels fluffy. Hot tub just steps away and clean and hot! Terrific neighborhood with no issues parking. “Our stay was perfect!! We had our children and their spouses w/us for family ski getaway. This location was easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. It was a great space for 3 couples and close to everything we wanted to do. It was also a great place to sit outside with glass of jibe. The owners were so helpful with answering all our questions.
