"Nytt och fräscht hotell. Bra restaurang. Prisnivå långt över värdet med tanke på att det ligger en halvtimme från Aspen. Ingen Hilton Gold-recognition över huvud taget vid bokning via Hotels (inte ens ett tack för din lojalitet vid incheckning, vilket ändå brukar vara standard i USA). Utlovades $15 per dag i food and beverage credit vid incheckning, vilket vid utcheckning visade sig inte gälla. Behövde ta ett affärsmöte första morgonen och frågade om ett business center för att kunna sitta avskilt. Fick till svar att det fick jag ta med deras konferenssäljare som skulle vara på plats långt senare. Rent, fräscht och nytt hotell, men med usel service givet prisnivån. Smidigt nära 82:an till Aspen och skidbackarna, men var beredd på bilköer vid dåligt väglag och när backarna stänger."
