“The hot water heater was broken upon arrival. The host did attempt to fix it but we ended up leaving a day early as we could not have anyone come inside while my dog was at the house alone. The kitchen was also very dirty - there were multiple unwashed dishes in the cabinet and the sponge in the sink looked like it was 2 years old. We had to boil water on the stove to clean dishes. ”

“Older place but front desk was so nice and the location is great. Rented skis from Vail Tech downstairs and gondala was a 2 min walk. ”

“Excellent communication with the host.Accommodations in Leadville are on the older side. This was our second year in Leadville, and it was a huge upgrade from last year's rental. The house is, according to Zillow, over 100 years old, so expect crooked floors and squeaking sounds when walking around in it.Now, I didn't bring a ruler, but we felt the beds were too small for queen-size beds.”

“Cost friendly. No frills. Met expectations and had what we needed. Very small 1 bathroom. Would recommend bringing a fan if that is how you normally fall asleep-bedding was VERY warm and even with the thermostat low we were still extra hot while asleep and the air purifier fan on high didn’t cut it. Host was quick to respond and flexible with us. Washer and drier was very handy. Very close to grocery store and restaurants. Quick drive to slopes. ”

“We had a large group visiting Leadville for a winter vacation and had to rent two(2) houses. The adult children stayed at this property while the parents were at another. The location of this house with the large windows provided wonderful views everyday! Loved that it was at the end of the road and the location was very quiet and peaceful. The house's amenities were as stated and we would stay here again. ”
