“We stayed eight people in the house for nine days and had a wonderful time. The house was even better than in the pictures and the location was great for different day tours, a car is a must. Everything was nice and clean and Francesco cleaned the pool and the outside areas every morning. Overall a fantastic stay!”

“The house is nicer than the pictures describe. It was very nice cleaned and the kitchen has all equipments you can ask for. Theoutside veranda is very cozy. The host and the translater are very nice and helped out fast when the pump to the pool needed to be fixed. The cleaning of the pool didn't appear as we were told and the pool area can be updated to match the rest of the house. “Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. Allerdings wurde vergessen uns vor Anreise mitzuteilen, dass ein Bad der Villa gar nicht benutzt werden kann! Zudem war das Haus bei unserer Anreise nicht geputzt. Was unser Urlaubserlebnis in Summe doch sehr getrübt hat. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht nur die Betten haben die besten Jahre hinter sich. “We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location”

“Guido was very gracious assisting us whenever we had questions. Claudia, who met us at the square was very helpful & guided us to the property. Both were very responsive to any of our needs. “This property was so perfect. Magical. Absolutely magical. Loved all the separate apartments. We were able to split our group of 24 into perfect smaller groups.
