“Hot tub was not working .,, I wouldn’t have booked .., just because of that .,, everything else was ok”

“In room 626 the sink drain didn’t work very well. We forgot to tell them. Sorry. I also hate that there isn’t an ice machine that customers can go to. I wouldn’t mind going down by the pool to access a machine, but I don’t want to tip to get ice. Yes, they bring some up in the evenings, but it’s usually melting by the time we get back. ”

“I got my bank account over drawn by 1034.00 dollars and it seems to not matter to the staff.i was on site calling from my room and they will not answer.went down to talk to them and was charged for advertised free breakfast.i was told I would get email from the hotel with confirmation my money would go back in my acct but until then I am racking up over draft fees!!there is a lack of communication between third party and the hotel.no hot water..”
