“The only issue I had was when I checked in the staff member was not overly friendly. He took my ID and gave me my room key. He didn’t tell me about the credit I had or any other amenities. Nice stayed here several times and have never had this type of experience.”

“My wife and I stayed at the Post Oak for our anniversary, it was the best of the best. Staff took excellent care of us from before we got there until we left. All amenities were top notch. You had everything you needed at the Post Oak, from coffee shops tonfine dining and everything in between.”

“The front desk for 5 minutes was not available, but did get us checked in smoothly. The room was spacious and clean with small kitchen area. It included a Roku TV. The bathroom has sink outside of the toilet and shower area (no bathtub) The cleanliness in the shower area concerned me due the rust in the shower. The hotel is very quiet.”

“Hotel Granduca was as lovely as allways. The quite and lovely poolarea and the restaurant is really different from other hotels we have visited. The rooms are big and luxurious but the best thing with Granduca is the staff, totally outstanding! We will allways stay here when returning to Houston. /Mia and Patrick, Sweden”
