This lovely lakefront home has plenty of space, and it’s located on a point for maximum views! The home can comfortably accommodate everyone in your group with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a loft with twin beds and a recreation room. The home is equipped with central AC, cable TV, a private washer and dryer, and a pool table. For your outdoor enjoyment, there is a hot tub, a gas grill, and spacious decks with easy access to the private dock. Perfect for large groups and extended families, this home is an easy short walk from the Pines Village.

THINGS TO KNOW
Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this, summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall. We have no control over lake levels.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: This home is equipped with surveillance cameras of the entry door. This camera point out from the front door and monitors the front area of the home.

Dock details: There is a private dock on the property.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Love Bass Lake

Great location with private dock. A/C was a nice relief from the heat! House a little dated but kitchen is amazing!

Good times, just make sure everything is working when you checkin

The house is in a great location right by the lake. There are 3 levels that have been furnished very well. The house is very spacious and easily accommodated our families. There is so much stuff the hosts have put up for the guests to use - a wide variety of pots and pans, kitchen tools and equipment ranging from can openers to a standing mixer, baking accessories, bbq tools, place settings, serving bowls, plates, mugs, bowls and a lot lot more. There is a ton of board games too along with a pool table and Foosball. The views from the house were absolutely splendid. Now, things to watch out for- The parking area is kind of at an angle and with the loose gravel, it might look scary. The parking spots are not marked, so we didn't know where we can park and where we cannot, but there is a good amount of parking spots. The hot tub wasn't working, there were no operating instructions, we did find a manual from one of the drawers and found out there was some issue with it, as it was flashing an error code FLO, which meant there was an obstructed water flow and wouldn't heat. Everyone was looking forward to enjoying in it, but it wouldnt heatup the water. I informed the host that evening but didn't get a response until the day after, later they claimed it is working, not sure what went wrong. They wouldn't refund the hot tub fee as well and said we needed to check everything if it was working on the day we check in. Lesson learned I guess for us. One of the dining tables seem to have been heavily beaten up in the past and has lost all of its connecting braces that keeps the table standing on it legs. We didnt notice it until one day it just came crashing down with one of our friends sitting on the dining chair. Luckily the kids werent around. The hosts need to check the furniture and ensure it is safe for usage. The remotes for the TV/Roku/Firestick were all not working, may need a new set of batteries, the TV needs some software update too, as nothing was playing without a lag. The wifi was spotty, it worked great on only some devices, but some werent even able to connect. Otherwise, our stay was memorable and we did enjoy it. Make sure everything works when you checkin and notify the hosts if you see any issues.

front property ACTUAL confirmed and documented dangerous risk!!!

House inside wonderful!! appliances & utensils beyond great! Front entrance!! + broken leg three breaks, Oakhurst one emergency was closed, had to drive to Fresno, St Agnes, no lighting! Steps dangerous cannot see edges! gravel steep parking, two people fell, one broke leg, two additional slipped, including me! Do not rent in current condition!

AMAZING… Beautiful

It was better then expected, the property is beautiful, well maintained and fully loaded with more than I ever dreamed!! From garlic press to a Kitchen-aid Mixer and everything in between it had everything you could want and need!! My family loved every moment of our visit!! Game room was fabulous, easy access to the dock and the lake. Very comfortable and more seating than we could have used!! Thank you for sharing your home!!
