This splendid retreat boasts an extensive, partially covered deck with fantastic views of Bass Lake. Find inviting outdoor dining tables and a gas grill that will make this the perfect barbecuing spot for warm-weather stays.

Upon entering the home, the carpeted great room will appear before your eyes. There is a convenient desk with a printer if you ever need to work or study remotely, inviting recliners, and a large smart TV with cable and streaming services to keep you entertained during your stay. However, this is not the only rec area that can be found here. There is a second living area with another smart TV with streaming and cable, and a DVD player with endless movies to choose from as well as books, games, and puzzles. Entertainment is everywhere! When mealtime comes, you have a fully-equipped kitchen to help you prepare the most delicious homemade meals for everyone. It's complete with all the essentials, a beautiful double bowl sink, and a breakfast table. The formal dining room is nearby and has wall-to-wall windows so you can dine with a view, and also offers direct access to the deck. This level hosts two bedrooms while the lower level features two additional bedrooms and a convenient kitchenette with a sink and microwave.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
