âWe have stayed at a couple of the ownerâs properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days. â

âRooms were clean and big, free breakfast was great, parking was super convenient. Location was perfect- lot of restaurants and UW so close by. We had a 2nd floor room, so you can hear a lot of street noise. â

âI'd give this place a 9/10, I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Seattle again.
The room is great and had everything I needed (and more - I never even used the stove). It had a fridge, cutlery, microwave, toasters and other kitchen tools that I barely even touched. The TV system was also top notch with a large variety of streaming services and regular TV.
The Ballard area is a far cry from the at-times chaotic downtown Seattle, it is a calm neighbourhood with great restaurants,...
âGreat place to stay if wanting to be close to downtown! The only thing I would change is the spider webs in the backyard makes it difficult to enjoy the beautiful yard. The light in the bathroom seems to flicker and turn off and the fan is delayed when there is anything plugged in. The place was clean and the host is very communicative! I would definitely stay again. â

âThe hotel is overall good but the surrounding area only has fast food places for students to eat. We tried one of those and the food was horrible, barely edible. If you want to go out eating, youâll have to go elsewhere.â
