“I'd give this place a 9/10, I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Seattle again.
The room is great and had everything I needed (and more - I never even used the stove). It had a fridge, cutlery, microwave, toasters and other kitchen tools that I barely even touched. The TV system was also top notch with a large variety of streaming services and regular TV.
The Ballard area is a far cry from the at-times chaotic downtown Seattle, it is a calm neighbourhood with great restaurants,...
“Really convenient to UW and the airport on the Link. We didn't have a car so it was a perfect location. I hope there are a few more dining options in the area soon. Looks like new developments are on their way.
Breakfast is nothing special but better than nothing.”
“My daughter and I enjoyed staying here very much. This is a unique, well maintained, historic home. Local restaurants and food market are near by, within walking distance. Communication was very easy with the owner.”

“The staff here was incredibly friendly; I had a great experience. Loved that it was a gated facility because this area is definitely not for the faint of heart. My one complaint about the room is the floors were filthy. My brand new socks turned black on the bottoms in 5 minutes so I wore my shoes the rest of the time I was in the room.”

“Arrived around 9:30. Staff was polite and efficient.
Parking, which you need to do after checking was $35.00 and very tight but secure and easy access to my room.
Room and bathroom area were clean and comfortable.
Would stay here again.”
