“非常不错的一个酒店，最最重要的是离机场很近，打车十来分钟就到了，高峰期也不怕堵车，离市区还是有点距离的，不过打车也还是很方便的，房间干净整洁，房间物品也是很齐全。”

“This is classified as a 4 star property and it has the amenities but not the maintenance. Our kitchenette had cockroaches through it, the bathroom was very mouldy with poor ventilation and it smelt terrible. I could see this being a 4 star when it first opened but I wouldn’t say it is now. Beware also poor communication from this hotel. The staff seemed nice enough in person but even Expedia couldn’t get through to them in the phone when I asked for help to confirm whether reception closed ...

“Room in bad state; taps leaked, towel holders collapsed, kitchen Venetian blinds not working; air con failed to work; broken down furniture, only 1 fan in lounge; no AC, no fan, we couldn’t sleep…, slept on the floor. Worst nightmare staying here.”

“Excellent stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur! I had a wonderful stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur in Quill Residences. Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location is fantastic — very convenient and close to many attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. The residence itself is also quiet and secure. The host was friendly, helpful, and very responsive...

“We were nicely surprised that the place is much nicer than expected. It's small but liveable & the AC was so cold! Nice! Easy check in & check out. The kitchen had all necessary cutlery, etc, including dishwashing liquid & hand soap. Very much appreciated as not all places have them! Location good - very near to many places to eat. Would stay again given a chance. ”

“Vi var mycket nöjda med vistelsen. Trevliga personal, städning varje dag. Bra läge, enkelt med både egen bil och taxi. Massa matställen i området. Finns en bra köpcentrum intill. Bra pool och möjlighet att tvätta kläder. Enda nackdelen är att man inte fick gratis vatten i rummet. Annars mycket nöjd och lommer definitivt att bo där igen nästa gång.”

“Dålig servis sa till om toa papper o handdukar flera gånger fick det inte ändå, gick och köpte skälv. Toaletter var fruktansvärt äckliga! Rekomenderad ej”

“Check in process was terrible. The Property was supposed to send me my room number and check-in information prior to my arrival and they never did. I arrived around 11:30 PM to the property and there was nobody at the front desk to check me in. I had to rent a hotel room for the night till they staff at this property. We’re back at the Front Desk around 11 AM next morning. This was a huge inconvenience and a lot of money.”

“Very nice hotel for a good price”

“New place. Clean room. Only downside is that the mall not fully open. ”

“Pretty gd and will book again if i'm back in Genting :)”

“The location is excellent and had a comfortable stay. There was a minor issue with biting and communicated this and resolved quickly with the agent. The unit pricing was a bit more expensive compared to other La but I booked it last linutr and had no other choice. The agent was good handling any issues raised.”

“Check-in at night with a baby, the staff tell me to pay 3000, I already payed the room, the sheets was dirty, the staff could not call a cab, sneaky attitude. The hotel area is fine but the rest is on a very low level. I booked 5 nights - I stayed 3 and never come back.”

“Gorgeous views, nicely appointed rooms”

“Good location close to train station. Some years old but ok. Small pool area could need a fresh up”
