“Convinient, spacious room with a washing machine. Perfect when having a long vacation. Close to subway station. Walking distance to Petronas Twin Towers. An enjoyable swimming pool at the roof - too few sun chairs though. Shuttle service available.”

“Hotellet ligger på gångavstånd till fler sevärdheter. O jättestort shoppingcenter. Vackert o välstädat. Frukosten är väldigt bra och god o mycket att välja på. All personal är mycket trevlig o hjälpsam. Toppenställe. Lungt o tyst.”

“Good location close to train station. Some years old but ok. Small pool area could need a fresh up”

“The location was amazing and just across KLCC park and walking distance to Pavililion and close to subway to TRX Mall. Amazing stay and well developed and clean and enjoyed our stay”

“This is classified as a 4 star property and it has the amenities but not the maintenance. Our kitchenette had cockroaches through it, the bathroom was very mouldy with poor ventilation and it smelt terrible. I could see this being a 4 star when it first opened but I wouldn’t say it is now. Beware also poor communication from this hotel. The staff seemed nice enough in person but even Expedia couldn’t get through to them in the phone when I asked for help to confirm whether reception closed ...

“We were nicely surprised that the place is much nicer than expected. It's small but liveable & the AC was so cold! Nice! Easy check in & check out. The kitchen had all necessary cutlery, etc, including dishwashing liquid & hand soap. Very much appreciated as not all places have them! Location good - very near to many places to eat. Would stay again given a chance. ”

“We had a great stay. All of the staff were lovely and the room was clean and inviting. The buffet breakfast was quaint and had enough options to keep you content. The team were very helpful and always had a smile.”
