“Room had a bit of wet spot but overall, a good experience.”

“Our bathroom was dirty upon arrival, we asked for room service and did not receive it.”

“A one night stay, room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and courteous.”

“Quaint hotel, clean room with fridge & microwave. Our room was in great condition, clearly renovated in the past year or so. The bathroom was nice too. Nothing that stands out, but it was in good condition, clean and with plenty of hot water. The bottled water, fresh fruits and snacks were a nice and welcomed touch. Coffee & mini muffins are available at reception every morning too.”

“Phyllis and Jim were great hosts. They went out of their way to accommodate. Enjoyed the conversations and the friendly atmosphere. Will definitely stay there again.”

“Friendly staff, clean, quiet & spacious room. Only complaints: odd placement of tiny tv, bathroom door right next to one of beds, no fan in the bathroom.”

“We are grateful for a clean, comfortable, easily accessed property for our Syracuse University visit in October 2026. Will DEFINITELY pin this property for our next visit!”

“We had a great one night stay stay in a 2 bedroom suite. It was very clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable. The service at breakfast and the front desk was exceptional, all very friendly and helpful. My husband who has traveled a lot and stayed at five star hotels for work over the years thought the service was at a five star hotel level. We can highly recommend.”

“A great stay for our team while we were on the road!”

“Good stay. Staff were kind and helpful with scheduling shuttle time to airport.”

“I will never be back, probably the worst place I have ever stayed.”
