When you arrive you are told to give your credit card information for a $100 “incidental fee” that is “refundable”. Keep this in mind. Right off the bat we were placed in the wrong room. At first I thought it was no big deal, these things happen. But when we were placed in the correct room, there was no heat and no hot water and it was single...
