It was refreshing to not have a person that was dumb or common sense challenged. The room was clean, spacious, extremely comfortable. So comfortable we decided to stay in our room. This place was sold out Saturday night and now, I clearly know why!”

“I was very pleased with the quality of this hotel for the price! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It had a smaller continental breakfast, which was fine, and the scrambled eggs and sausage were quite tasty! They also offered fresh fruit, a mini waffle station, muffins and fresh juice. There was plenty of free parking and the location was perfect for trips to Liverpool and Syracuse. I was very pleased!”

“Easy check in, always love the suite rooms because it makes it feel like an apartment. My room clearly hadn't been cleaned very well. I like to unpack and use the drawers as if I was home. There were random pills in the night stand drawers, one on the floor by the same night stand. The other one, I had to pull out to plug in my Cpap machine into the wall and there was a candy bar on the floor. There were toe nail clippings on the floor near the foot of the bed and by the couch so clearly it...

“So glad we found the Nightshade Inn and Gardens. We just needed a place to stay for one night. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the snacks in our room, fresh fruit, and pastries for breakfast. Morning coffee was very good.”

“We had a great one night stay stay in a 2 bedroom suite. It was very clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable. The service at breakfast and the front desk was exceptional, all very friendly and helpful. My husband who has traveled a lot and stayed at five star hotels for work over the years thought the service was at a five star hotel level. We can highly recommend.”

“I don't think I have ever stayed at a property where I felt so unwelcome. I had to check in very late (almost 3 a.m.) because of a very delayed flight. The door was locked when I arrived and when someone finally came to open the door for me she looked like she was in her jammies--she was wearing a bonnet and might have been carrying a blankie. I understand it was late....but it was completely unprofessional. She was not interested in checking me in. I asked for a late checkout and she didn't...
