“The location of the property is just amazing! We were able to walk to the beach and the bay. The beach is steps away from the house. The are restaurants and markets walking distance from the house. The Belmont park is very close. We took scooters and bikes out. The neighborhood is safe and our kids had tons of fun and freedom to hang out. The house is a bit outdated, but the location makes up for any of it. We had a blast and would absolutely recommend staying here!”

“Had a great stay at this two story condo just a 5 minute walk to the beach. We had three adult couples, one bedroom per couple for a weekend and we were very comfortable with the space. The kitchen, dining and living areas were spacious as well, although it would be nice to have an additional seating around the TV (there was only one couch when we were there). “Easy check in, everything about the unit was exactly as advertised. Parking in the garage is a bit tough because the alley is very narrow (don't have a large rental vehicle!) Location can't be beat - incredibly close to Mission Beach, Belmont Park, restaurants, etc.”

“Our family had a great time in Mission Beach. The house is placed really close to the beach. Or yeah, both of the beaches. With our small kids we enjoy both the open ocean and the little cove on the other side. Inside the bedrooms are big enough for a family with two daughters and the kitchen works great for cooking both lunch and dinner. But the best part is the patio with the big round table and the sofa part. Its great for hanging out both during the day and night in a for Mission Beach calm...

“Easy, quick communication with the property manager. Getting to the house was easy. Getting in through the gate was a bit tight, so if you have bulky items it may be easier to check-in through the side door and then open the patio and bring larger items in that way. Overall the house was great - 4 stars for the amount of sand left in the shower and on the floor just outside the shower. BUT this place is right on the beach - so just know, there will be sand!
