“Quaysiders resort is an apartment/hotel right by the upper side of Lake Windermere in Ambleside. It is in an absolutely perfect location close to the lake, shops, restaurants. There is also a Sauna. The resort also has a laundry room and dryer so I was able to do my laundry while on our stay. The...

“Pros - good location. Short walk into town. Room clean, modern & spacious. Self check in with good clear instruction prior to arrival. Cons - Car park full so had to pay for parking on car park next door. No plates at breakfast only cardboard dishes which made it difficult to butter toast as the bread wouldn't fit in the dish. Would definately stay here again though & just maybe arrive earlier to get a parking space.”
