âWhat a lovely experience. Fairway Guesthouse was sublimely superb. As a location with an absolutely stunning view of the golf course overlooking the sea and Durban cityscapes, as well as the absolutely wonderful friendly service, that simply made us feel home away from home. We stayed for 6 days. So sad to leave.
Sandy looked after us and nothing was too much trouble.
Our spacious room opened onto a terrace overlooking a beautiful pool and garden area.
A great breakfast. Staff were excellent always smiling, in a great leafy quiet residential area and only a 5 minute walk to many shops and restaurants.
We will be back when we return to South Africa â
âWe had a lovely couple of nights stay. Itâs a great location for visiting Umhlanga, everyone was lovely and the accommodation was extremely comfortable with a lovely lounge at the top of the property, with a great view of the sea. Highly recommend and will stay again when next visitingâ
âNice, friendly staff. Very, very nice room with ultra large balcony/terrace. Pool fabulous. Breakfast room and lounge had unfortunately the atmosphere of a funeral parlour and had very uncomfortable (but nice looking) chairs. Would come back though. For the room, pool and terrace. And for the service!
