"The place is very run down and it smells of mold. Very old and I had to figure out how to enter the property and find my room. They’re no elevators if you are up on the third floor. There’s also no reception desk clerk after 8 pm or before 8 am."

"When I called re a florist in the area for fresh bouquet, the manager said he'd be happy to get their Gardener to cut flowers and make a bouquet for me. Wow, that was so nice! When it was brought to our room the girl would not take any payment. The flowers were lovely and went on my mother's grave. ..."

Great location, but not so clean
"The place was not properly cleaned, we found new years' party hats under the sofa (from the week before), food stains on the walls in the kitchen, a badly cleaned bathroom floor. Just not what you'd hope for, but the place was really good in all other aspects."
