âThe staff was excellent! So friendly and courteous.
It was all just wonderful except the carpet in the room was really dirty. It had been vacuumed and the room was VERY clean. But our socks were black from walking on the carpet. Probably time to replace with hard flooring that can be mopped. â

âHaving stayed in the Basin Park on other occasions, we thought we knew what to expect. The day before our scheduled stay, the hotel offered us a free upgrade. We were upgraded to a balcony suite! Very nice and large room in a private part of the hotel. The balcony overlooking the park was private and large enough for a table and 4 chairs. The room had a jetted tub and a sitting area. â

âI wanted to do something special for my sister who is turning 70. So we rented one of the cliff cottage rooms, even though we chose not to eat the breakfast the room was amazing. My sister loved it and it made her 70th birthday so much more special thank you so much.â
âRoom was very comfortable. The lady in the office went out of her way to see that we two ladies traveling by ourselves had a nice comfortable room and helped us get the tickets we needed to the Passion Play. She was very friendly and helped us with directions. This was my second stay here, and I will stay again if I have the opportunity. â
