“Accommodation clean and tidy. Keys a little hard to find at the beginning for entry as there are many 'front porches'. In a nice area with mountain views and easy access to Whinlatter and Keswick and surrounding area.”

“Two separate electrical faults. One caused a flame to shoot out the wall melting the wires in the kitchen socket, the other melted the wires in the immersion heater meaning no hot water for several days. A door fell off in the kitchen, and the upstairs landing storage heater wires had been cut and disconnected so it was freezing upstairs at night. I was told by the electrician that came out several times that the owner of the property liked to ‘tinker’ with the electrics hence the botched up...

“From booking the holiday with Keswick Cottages to leaving, everything was so easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The app is a great idea and a really useful thing to have. The info on the fire, cooker and bin collections wasn't correct for the property so needs a little review but this in no way spoiled anything. The property was lovely and comfortable, home from home. Ideally situated to walk to the pub for tea and to get around. The view of the mountains from the living room, bedroom...
