“We arrived to the beautiful small town of Jacksonville, OR and was very welcomed by the staff at the front desk of Wine Country inn. The room was big, clean and well maintained. The bed was comfy. The front desk staff gave us some good tips and a map to the city center which was a beautiful old small town. We definitely advise people to go here instead of Ashland, this place is much more “down-to-earth””

“The room was huge, the bed was very comfortable; the bathroom was nice but very small and awkward to climb stairs to use it. Overall, loved the location, walking distance to restaurants & stores. Remotion winery tasting room on site had the best wine. Excellent stay, thank you.”

“The place is nice and away from the city. The place is very rustic and cozy, great if you are looking for something that gets you away from technology. Rooms don’t have a tv and the internet is a little slow, but the grounds are beautiful. Come early for the wine, the bar closes early and staff isn’t around after it closes.”

“The property is at a winery with beautiful views of swans and a new baby swan, and the surrounding vineyards. The grounds are in good condition and the areas next to winery are lush and green with lots of things to look at. The winery itself has good food and even better wine. The Glamp Cottage trailer we stayed in was full of amenities including an electric fireplace, outdoor fire pit, outdoor dining and a hot tub. When you walk inside it is decorated very nice. “The building looks new and located near shopping center and freeway. The elevators are located at extreme ends of the building and far away from front office which is also location for breakfast. Parking around the hotel, but you have to walk to door which is at the other corner of the building. The mattress is old and over-used. The kitchen and dining area crammed into a corner by the entrance, but the sitting area is specious and open. The TV is on a dresser by the wall between 2...

“Great location and nice two bedroom set up. The only negative is the furniture in the living room area; it is very uncomfortable to sit on. Very hard and the back of the sofa is very low. Not conducive to relaxing and watching television after a busy day.”
