“We arrived to the beautiful small town of Jacksonville, OR and was very welcomed by the staff at the front desk of Wine Country inn. The room was big, clean and well maintained. The bed was comfy. The front desk staff gave us some good tips and a map to the city center which was a beautiful old small town. We definitely advise people to go here instead of Ashland, this place is much more “down-to-earth””

“The place is nice and away from the city. The place is very rustic and cozy, great if you are looking for something that gets you away from technology. Rooms don’t have a tv and the internet is a little slow, but the grounds are beautiful. Come early for the wine, the bar closes early and staff isn’t around after it closes.”

“Loved my little cottage! When I finally got into it everything was great. There are a few tweaks I would add—bigger coffee cups as the coffee maker over brews the ones provided….the creamers had gone bad (the non-flavored ones) and there are no spoons provided. It needs a bath mat or towel for the floor for after showering or bathing in the tub and a heavier duvet and extra throw blanket for the couch would be nice as the nights are a little chilly and if you are traveling solo it’s nice to...

The room, property all was as expected, I enjoyed the stay, close to mall, shopping and places to eat, one small problem, my key card to room and access to the hotel, didn’t work properly. I had to swap at least ten times or more to get in. My room was on the back side, first floor, so I parked on the side, which meant I had to walk or drive around to front entrance in order to get in. “Clerk and cleaning crew banged on my door at check out time and forced me to leave. Mind you, I have booked for the next day on Expedia and they didn’t see it through their system. Very rude and unprofessional customer service! Some rooms smell like cigarettes and you are forced to stay in there no matter what. Won’t switch you out of the room.”

“Stayed here for the first time. Close to the airport but it's not noisy at all. This hotel offers hot breakfast however they don't do pancakes and waffles Monday through Friday. Indoor swimming pool, 24-hour gym, free parking was a plus. Mountain view is beautiful!”
