“The place is good and quite close to the beach, 2.5 km from city center. The apartment are nice but the kitchen as no hob, nothing to cook, the fridge is not working, the a/c smells moisture. Terrasse table broken. The bed is ok but not prépare and the duvet sheet was missing.
The parking is not on site free as described on hotel.com, it s 15lv by days. The free minibar is an empty fridge that not work fine.
The breakfast is poor and not good.

“Great little boutique hotel on the beach 15 minutes from Sozopol. Nice, clean rooms, lovely rooftop terrace where the (very cool) owners serve excellent Mexican cuisine in the evenings. Two things travelers might find somewhat problematic: many rooms come with shared bathrooms, and the parking is a bit rough. But what the heck, it’s a three minute walk to a great beach.”

"The AC barely worked and when it let out air it smelled of smoke. There were ants in our room. The staff was not very service minded. You had to pay for the sun beds on the beach. They claimed to have a lot of facilities (e.g., minigolf, tennis) but there was no signs of that. A fourth of the facilities in the spa didn’t work. Seems like this hotel had it’s glory days 20 years ago. "
