“Stayed in the junior suite with a beautiful sea view mid September 26 Lovely spacious clean room with a modern and practical design. The whole hotel has been recently decorated to a high standard couldn’t fault the cleanliness throughout. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh clean towels. The staff were all very friendly around the hotel making our holiday as relaxed and easy as we wanted. Reception was particularly helpful nothing was too much trouble for Stanislav and the team. Big...

“We went during the end of the season (mid September) and everything was clearly shutting down - the snack bar closed 3 days early too. Pool wasn’t cleaned every night, was rarely used but when I went in, there was sand at the bottom and leaves floating. The buffet was the same every day, with poor choice for vegetarians (some foods were incorrectly labelled and I had to double check), and mid food at best. In the last days, they were running out of things so no longer had a choice of breads,...

“I booked a king room but was given a twin room instead, which affected my comfort and sleep throughout my stay. When I raised the issue, there was no apology or attempt to resolve it, and I was told to contact my travel agent instead. Management were dismissive and unhelpful when. Calling to reception and if call was answered by senior staff, on 2 occasions I requesting simple things such as milk and water was responded to rudely & unhelpfully. The dining experience was also disappointing,...

“Great gym nice pool good location. Good breakfast buffet too. Can recommend”

“We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. There was also an impressive selection of delicious pastries and desserts. It was genuinely difficult to decide what to try each day! The hotel was spotlessly clean, with staff constantly maintaining the facilities throughout the day. The animation team deserves special recognition....

“Väldigt bra frukostbuffe. Sköna sängar. Tyst. Stort badrum med badkar. Fina balkonger.

“We didn’t stay here for long but there were mold in the bathroom and the shower didn’t work. The rooms did look like the pictures. I don’t recommend this place if your on vacation.”

“Firstly, most importantly Kseniya the lady in the hotel everyday treated all guests with a friendly and helpful manner. I’ve travelled a lot and most staff have been ok. This place I would give 10 stars for the service and how they treated guests. Which far more important than anything else. Next the location is brilliant . WiFi is brilliant. Breakfast they catered to what I wanted which was amazing and made fresh in the morning. The taxi’s are a rip off here. Just ask hotel staff to find...

“❤️”

“Maten både frukostbuffé och middagsbuffé var fantastiskt.”

“Budget hotel, ganska rent men gammalt.
