“Very clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Easy access from highway, and there were plenty of parking spaces. Staff member was friendly and sign in was quick and easy. The room and bathroom were both clean. Sheets pillow cases blankets and towels were also clean. The heater-air conditioning unit was quiet, but difficult to regulate. After cooling down the room I turned it off for the night. No elevator, so I had to trudge up two lifts of stairs to get to my room on the 2nd floor. Overall a decent place to stay.”

“Nice renovation from the Quality Inn I was told it used to be. Beautiful bar, Hearth and Vine, loved the local artwork all over the hotel. Room was clean and staff members were very nice and welcoming.”

“This is the third time we have stayed here. We were in love after our first visit. It’s nice to see Skowhegan have a nice new place to stay. We love that they turned an old mill building into a hotel. The rooms are great, plenty of room for my small family of 3. The rooms are bigger than a standard hotel room. Prices have been great also. My only complaint is the TV’s. 2 out of the 3 stays we’ve had trouble with the tv’s they function fine, but they always freeze, we think it could be the wi-fi...

“The hotel had various strong odors this trip ,particularly cigarettes smoke in the lobby and my room. It also overwhelmingly smelled like a kitchen with lots of cooking going on. Room was clean but needs updating The friendly staff is a bonus. Its a mediocre place but price is good! I like this one better than the super 8 across the street”

“this house is amazing. The driveway is like a mile long. The seclusion is priceless. There are walking trails everywhere. The house is super cozy and warm with everything you need for a great stay. And it was exceptionally clean. The washer and dryer came in handy as well. Listen, if you don't want to be bothered by anyone but a deer, I highly recommend this property. And they allow pets. My dog was off leash the whole time. ”
