“my family has stayed in several places in Maine and this place is by far the best place we have stayedl in !!! Barbara and Jordan were great hosts and we plan on going back as soon as we can. The place may be pricey, but you get what you pay fir I highly recommend taking your family and friends to the lake house.”

“Essentially this is a room in a lovely resort on the coast of Maine. Location was excellent, amenities abound and were as described, staff was helpful and professional. But, I would not book again through this listing again. Host did not pay entire rate. I ended up paying 20% more out of pocket and spent too much of my stay trouble-shooting with the hotel receptionists/calling the host support line. Both hotel receptionists I worked with had other customers who experienced the same as me when...

“We had some booking troubles but Vinnie helped us work it out easy. Check in and out we’re a breeze and the room was perfect!”

“The condo was older and falling apart. Light fixtures were coming off the wall. The air fresheners had an unpleasant smell. Game room had little heat and all the arcade games were off. The dogs were welcomed. They did charge 25 for each dog and it needed to be cash, which i did not know. They did accommodate for us by charging my card. Overall... a roof over the head... the folks were kind. I would have found a place closer to the mountain and better quality stay.”

“Room smelled strongly of old cooked food (Indian?). Windows were already left open to air the room out when we arrived. Luckily, we arrived early enough to run the fan for a couple of hours prior to going to bed. Room should not have been rented that day. Am continental buffet was good. Coffee was pretty good.”
